One-Day Wellness Retreats are a chance to come away from your everyday and return to it renewed, invigorated and inspired.
Treating yourself to a slower pace, making time for yourself and nurture HAPPINESS creates positive thoughts and emotions and brings clarity to your mind.
Arrivals are between 9.30-10am.
The day starts with a meet and mingle session, a short Guided Meditation and an interactive session on how to be deeply connected to awareness and consciousness as you zoom into HOW to THREAD HEART to HEART connections in your life.
Mid-morning, the yoga practice with Anna will be energising and nourishing.
You’ll experience the physical and emotional benefits of an Ashtanga yoga practice, breathing exercises and relaxation, allowing you to gradually connect to yourself deeply, unwind and recharge.
You’ll then have a nourishing lunch (vegan, gluten free and refined-sugar/refined- carbs free) as a group to further connect with
like-minded people and yourself.
The afternoon takes you on a Mindfulness walk in the Chiltern’s countryside and on your return to the hall, you’ll be immersed in a Hatha yoga session and Yoga Nidra for deep inner/outer connections. We will wrap up by 4.30pm.
Some yoga mats are available, but if you have yours please bring it.
We recommend that you also have these items with you:
a blanket for meditation moments
wellies or walking boots
a rain coat with hoody for the mindfulness walk.
A vegan, gluten free and refined-sugar/refined- carbs free lunch, as well as teas and snacks are included.
Any special diet or allergies can be catered for; please give us details of your requirements when booking.
All experience levels are welcome, including those newer to yoga.
