Service Description

This is a 45 minutes session dedicated to helping you with one of these: - kickstart your training - get you back into the swing of training - increase your with fitness confidence - refresh your training routine In preparation to the PT session, I will send you a questionnaire so you can give me some information on your current fitness and training habits. I can then put together a structured session focused on what you want to get out of it and that benefits you the most.
