Service Description

This is a 1 hour session dedicated to helping you with nutrition advice and suggestions specific to your eating and nutrition habits. I will coach you on how to make changes to your eating habits for the best results of your body transformation. I will make suggestions to support weight loss and muscle gain efforts. This involves educating you about: - Calorie management strategies - Good food selection strategies - Good food timing strategies - Healthy lifestyle choices I will share food choices that can enhance personal training and promote sustainable and thriving wellness. It will also include teaching you which food choices can hinder your training and wellness results. In preparation to this session, I will send you a food diary template that captures 7 days of food intake. When we meet: - I will review this with you, - I will share my suggestions and advice on what changes can be made - I will coach your mindset you to overcome what's been getting in the way of you having a healthier lifestyle.
