One-Day Mindfulness Retreats are a chance to come away from your everyday and return to it renewed, invigorated and inspired. In the heart of the Chiltern Hills, you will experience a gentle and contemporary approach to wellness for the mind.

Experienced teachers will guide you through everything from yoga and meditation to intention art, breathing practices and mindfulness activities.

Arrivals are between 9.30-10am.
The day starts with a meet and mingle session, a short Guided Meditation and an interactive session on how to be deeply connected to awareness and consciousness. you dive into the GIFTS in your life.
Mid-morning, the yoga practice with Anna will be energising and nourishing.
You’ll experience the physical and emotional benefits of an Ashtanga yoga practice, breathing exercises and relaxation, allowing you to gradually connect to yourself deeply, unwind and recharge.
You’ll then have a nourishing lunch (vegan, gluten free and refined-sugar/refined- carbs free) as a group to further connect with
like-minded people and yourself.
The afternoon takes you on a Mindfulness walk in the Chiltern’s countryside and on your return to the hall, you’ll be immersed in a Hatha yoga session and Yoga Nidra for deep inner/outer connections. We will wrap up by 4.30pm.
